Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the terms conditions rules and regulations governing all transactions between Victor Chandler (International) Limited (trading under the name “Victor Chandler Worldwide”) of Leanse Place 50 Town Range Gibraltar, a company incorporated in Gibraltar and licensed by the Government of Gibraltar to operate the Casino and its constituent Games and the person playing the Casino. Victor Chandler (International) Limited is called (VCW”) and the person playing the Casino is called “Player”. The casino operated by VCW is called the “Casino”.

Where the Casino is made available using the brand or endorsement or otherwise in relationship with any third party Players understand that (i) such third party has no involvement in managing or operating the Casino (ii) all dealings will be between VCW and the Player and (iii) such third party shall have no responsibility to the Player on any account whatsoever concerning the operation of the Casino or the Player’s account with VCW. (iv) such a third party has no involvement in the receiving and negotiating of bets.

A) Eligibility

1) Players cannot play the Casino under any circumstances if they are not at least 18 years of age or of any higher age required in their own jurisdiction. Proof of age and other evidence of identity may be sought from Players at the opening of any account or thereafter as required by VCW. Persons under the required age may not play.

2) Participation in Casino is open only to the residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal. Any participation other than that permitted is void.

3) Players understand and acknowledge that no purchase is necessary to play the Casino. If Players wish to play without betting money, they may do so on the 'play for fun' area of the Casino.

B) Other Conditions

1) Players participating in the games of the Casino do so at their own discretion and risk. Errors due to failure or malfunction of computer hardware or software or Internet or communications connection will not be the responsibility of VCW. No refunds shall be given

2) Players shall not abuse the Games or other facilities of the Casino and shall not in any way abuse any bonus offer or other promotion scheme offered by VCW. In particular, materials of the game are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegal, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorised legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors..

3) Taxes, if any, on any winnings are the Players’ sole responsibility.

4) By accepting winnings, Players consent to their names being used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

5) By entering the Casino and opening an account or commencing activity Players acknowledge having read and understood these terms and conditions and all other rules and regulations and agree to comply with them.

6) All Players’ accounts with the casino shall be opened and operated in accordance with VCW’s account operating rules and requirements from time to time.

7) VCW makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to any aspect of the Casino or the Games in the Casino from time to time or as to any other matter relating to the Casino or its website or otherwise (including in particular as to the legal right for Players to participate nor shall any of VCW or its employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.

8) VCW shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords and if Players misplace, forget, lose, or are otherwise unable to enter the Casino because of anything other than VCW error, or if Players should give away, tell, share or lose their account number and password, VCW will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.

9) VCW shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by the player to participate in the game by methods, means or ways not intended by VCW.

10) VCW reserves the right to add to, omit, amend or otherwise alter the number, effect and style of Games included in the Casino at any time and also reserves the right to cancel Players’ accounts for any reason and issue any balance in Players’ account at the time of such cancellation.

11) The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified and/or amended only by VCW posting such modification and/or amendments in the Terms and Conditions section of the website.

12) The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Player and VCW.

C) The Player agrees and becomes a party to the following:

1) The Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time to time.

2) The Player is over the age of legal majority, i.e. the player has attained the necessary age to be able to participate in the Casino as required by the Player's jurisdiction.

3) The Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse the Player’s account, access and/or use any materials or information from the website, accept any winning, or participate in any Games.

4) The Player has the full, complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Casino and the Player’s participation in the game is not prohibited in or otherwise in violation of the laws of the Player’s jurisdiction.

5) The Player does not find the Games or the Casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, nor indecent. The Player will not use the Casino or its facilities for any such purpose or for any illegal purpose whatsoever.

6) The Player understands that the Games are for entertainment value only and that no purchase is necessary or required to play the Games. If a Player wishes to play without betting money, he/she may do so, on the 'play for fun' area of the Casino only.

7) The Player shall hold VCW, its employees, officers, director, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall indemnify the same from any and all cost, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of the Player’s use of any Games or other materials at the Casino, or entry, use or reuse of the Casino server or participation in any Games or the acceptance of any winnings.

8) The Player understands that the rights to all trade names, trade marks, service marks, graphics, brands, software, know how or other intellectual property are vested in VCW or its affiliates marketing partners licensors or other third parties and the Player obtains no rights to such items, nor any other items, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, which are in the Casino or used in connection with the Casino.

9) Players interest and participation in the Games and the Casino is personal, and not professional or for any business or commercial purpose. Players entering the Casino understand it is solely for the Players’ own personal entertainment and any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Casino or its facilities is strictly prohibited.

10) The Player shall periodically review at a rate not less than once monthly the terms and conditions of the Casino posted at the Casino website.

11) Players shall not have any cause or right of action for damages or otherwise against VCW, the owner or developer of any gaming or systems software or any of their associates, affiliates, parent or subsidiary corporations and the Player hereby expressly waives any and all such causes or rights of action.

12) A Player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the Casino, nor accept any winnings if the Player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time to time. If at any time a Player ceases to able or willing to comply with this paragraph it shall immediately cease participation in the Casino and close his/her account.
